How to make a return?
Whether you want to return the product or want to make a change of size / color, you will need to access the Returns and exchange page using the e-mail address and password you entered during registration, select the order you want to return one of or more articles and follow the guided procedure that will explain how to get us the products you have chosen. To order the replacement product you will normally have to place a new order.
The products must be received intact and complete with the integral elements, including the original packaging and labels. For the complete list of return conditions, visit the Conditions of sale page
The return shipment is charged to the customer, so you can choose the shipping service you prefer (post or express courier) at your expense. Until the receipt by us, the package is under your full responsibility, for this reason we recommend choosing a courier that allows you to follow the tracking with the delivery receipt.
Once the return reaches the warehouse, and after checking compliance with the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund due. The latter takes place on the day of receipt of the goods, and can take up to 7 working days to be consolidated according to the payment method chosen at the time of the order.
